My family and I booked the family suite. There were four of us and one room card was given. Upon going to the room there was water leakage in the hallways, the second sleeping space in the room was in the loft area up the steepest most dangerous stairs I've ever seen, the second bed was just a mattress and it was on the floor, the loft had slanted ceilings making it hard to stand, and the entire room was very hot. We couldn't figure out how to work the air conditioning units, only to go back to the front desk and be told that the single key card had to go into the wall in order for there to be electricity in the room and it had to remain there if you wanted continuous electricity. We weren't told this at check-in. The accommodations weren't what they were implied to be and we were disappointed so we checked out and found other lodging."
