« Our rental was double booked..couldn't get a hold of host..the house cleaning lady helped us finally get in around 10pm into a small room,we had to sleep on one bed,and had to get up early the next morning so our reg rental could be cleaned..sat outside for over an hour..I feel I should get reimbursed at least for that 1st day and half of 2nd..after all that everything got better...its a beautiful rental and perfect location to everything..even after everything I do recommend it..that 1st day...

« Communication with Stephanie and Joe was unmatched, they got back to me immediately. We attended a concert at the Alamodome, and didn't have to deal with the chaos of traffic and ubers, we could walk there and got some dinner on the way. Definitely a great place to stay to explore San Antonio. »

« Nowhere in the booking process did we see that this was a third floor unit. It was okay. Stairs were not bad but had my 83 year old mother been with us as she typically is this would have been a huge issue. Then arriving to find it gated with zero instructions on how to get through the gate was very disconcerting. Both of the details will be easy for the owner to address. « All the basics were there except that the A/C stopped working 2 days before I left and it was very hot especially at night. Some things were lacking: no chests of drawers to put clothes in, no folding holder for your suitcase and not enough hangers. (I left some of mine there). It needed some paintings on the walls and some other decorative touches to make it less impersonal and more inviting. It was well equipped otherwise and nice and clean and had good blackout curtains. »

« We definitely will be staying at this location again! Exceeded our expectations & more inviting than an a hotel! The kitchenette and silverware available was great, we didn’t have to go get plastic ware. The only downfall was the parking. There isn’t a designated parking garage or lot. You have to find parking and pay. Parking lot next door is very expensive but street parking is easy if it’s not a busy weekend. « We came to Edinburgh for junior Olympics, place was nice & clean everything was close by . I had trouble getting into unit , my fault I couldn’t open the lock but someone answered right away .if we come back we will definitely but looking forward to staying here.Neighborhood was nice & quiet. »
