The restaurant was good, the buffet breakfast had many good choices, and the regular menu must also very good. The service was fair at best, I actually had a waitress, instead of apologizing in saying she was sorry, tell me I had ordered chips with my sandwich, which I never ever would do. Room 170 was actually OK, except for I paid to get a room with a balcony and I got a room with a porch where people walk 3 feet away from us often. That was very disappointing, I paid for it and never used it. We had to return to the desk three times to have the key card reprogrammed because it failed. That’s a walk down the hall await for an elevator across the skywalk to the front desk and a return trip… Three times. You’re the Crowne Plaza, fix the problem. The amenities seemed great, but nobody explained anything to us when we checked in. I saw the golf, I saw a zip lines, but nobody told me anything about any of them. Were they free? Do I have to pay? How do I do it? Nothing. The room is nice, dated, the chair and ottoman were stained.

The hotel was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was modern. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast basket delivered to the room each day. There was a special house blend coffee in the room and a coffee shop on-site for more elaborate coffee drinks. There was complimentary wine and cheese/charcuterie each evening. This was an excellent hotel and provided quality and amenities well beyond what I expected for the price.

We had a great one night stay at Princess Anne. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! The rooms were bigger than expected with all the comforts of a chain hotel, but personal touches. We enjoyed the wine and charcuterie plate on the beautiful back porch. I highly recommend staying at Princess Anne!!

Excellent check in and area but front door and patio door could use some work (bout broke my shoulder trying to get in)
