Beautiful hotel

Posted 29-Aug-2016
Was a very good experience minus the fact our air conditioner stopped working and the staff said there was nothing that could be done. Language barrier is definitely a problem, so ensure you know exactly what you want. But other than that it was a beautiful room!

Smelled marijuana and computer was infected virus. When I reported to a staff in the morning, she didn't say 'Sorry', but said you should come earlier.

close to the metro (subway)

Posted 18-Aug-2016
Pros: near to the metro station.
Cons: to provide free transportation to nearby town of St Lambert and surrounding areas.
Location: near metro station and several restaurants nearby (walking distance).
No restaurant in the hotel serving dinners. Had to walk to restaurants nearby.

Nice clean hotel with free parking.

Posted 12-Aug-2016
Pros: Everything.
Location: I have written about it as part of our experience.
Our family group was composed by two adults, two seniors and a youth. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is helpful and most of them spoke good english. Our stay did not include breakfast but we had the option to buy it for $10.00 each. We opted for the Tim Hortons nearby, a five/ ten minutes walk. The staff gave us direction for it. The bedrooms and the bathrooms were big and modern. There was a big screen tv in each and a computer. The elevators were big . The parking was free which was important to us as we were driving a long pick up truck. We took the Metro to Montreal. The walk to the Metro was about 10 /15 minutes along very big roads with a lot of foot traffic. There are day pass available at the Metro for $10.00 each and the staff in the Metro is very helpful. The yellow line is only 3 stops. The one closest to the hotel is the one of the University and it is the last one of the yellow line. To go to Montreal you get off on the last one and you change lane. Two more stops to Old Montreal. Sorry I do not remember the colour. In The Metro station there is a nice small grocery store that sales a bit of everything, from warm food to vegetables and fruits, to beers or wine. We would use this hotel again.

A clean pleasant hotel, quite close to the Longueuil Metro station. They offer a nice breakfast - I especially like the sweet pork-flavored beans - though you have to pay extra for it.

Solid hotel for weekend getaway

Posted 1-Jun-2016 on Hotels
Specifically chose this hotel due to low price and location (close to Metro). This hotel did not disappoint. Large room with plenty of space for our party of 4. Friendly staff. One thing to note: did not expect hardwood flooring in the room. Had I known, I would have packed my slippers for my poor tired feet. :)
