The room smelled stale, bit was extremely clean. Used my air freshner. The air conditioner/heater was right by the first bed. I slept in it. So, I would get hot , then cold. My Family in the other bed, were comfortable. If possible, maybe put medium soft pillows in some of the rooms. My pillows were extremely hard. I had to punch it down the middle, so i could sleep. Both check in/out Representatives were friendly and accommodating.
