If you have a car, parking can be a challenge, but wasn't too bad. The only downside to the place is the very small shower stall. "New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville."

"Check in was simple after a 4.5 hour drive. The studio is very cool at street level. Clean design, very comfortable bed and as it was 107 degrees outside, a very efficient air conditioner.
