"A very clean property. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Could use a pair of tongs. Appliances were wonderful. Nice to have a washer and dryer on premises.Bathrooms were clean and upstairs bath was fully renovated. My husband especially like the outdoor shower. Plenty of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Because of the hot and humid weather, we had to run the individual AC units all night to keep the bedroom temperature cool - we used the quiet mode which helped cut down on the noise of the unit.The screened porch was a huge plus! We ate our meals there on the picnic table and relaxed in the evening playing games and reading.The location to the boardwalk and ability to walk everywhere was a bonus. We hardly drove at all during our week's stay.This was the perfect beach house for our family of four and we highly recommend it!"

"This is our second time staying at this lovely condo. Abby does a wonderful communicating and answers all questions ahead of time. This place is perfect for a couple who wants to be right on the beach and boardwalk. It’s so nice to be able to go back and forth from the condo to the beach in a few steps. We spent the days on the beach and walking the boardwalk in the evenings. The place was very clean and welcoming. Hopefully we’ll be back next year! "

From fresh baked cookies to making sure we had charcoal for our grill, a great set of knives in the kitchen, bikes and beach chairs available for our use, our hosts seemed to anticipate all of our needs for our stay. "Great place that was fully stocked with beach stuff and every kitchen item you could need. Amazing location minutes from the beach. The place was clean. We brought our own blackout curtains for the windows. The only issue is that you can hear a lot of sound from the people upstairs and beside you but not a lot to be done about that. "
