"It would have been nicer of them to keep the pools a little bit cleaner of the debris from the plants. The pools constantly had a lot of debris, which are really not a harmful thing, but just makes the pool look bad. In the spa, there should be a way to lower the air conditioning because otherwise after getting out of the warm pool or the sauna or steam room it feels very, very cold. "

"Unfortunately the hotel is not the liveliest I have been in. It lacks a dining room service, and hence no room service.
