"This is a hotel grade hotel! A luxury with having driver tourists in mind. Exquisite breakfasts and attention to the details and materials in design of the rooms is visible. Fireplace in the room, high quality wood work like TV counsel and etc… Exceptional scenery. Healthcare grade accessibility in the bathroom. Room was clean and staff are professional and polite. The only thing that came to my mind and won’t decrease the stars of this review, was a crack on the wood headwall of one of the beds. All in all a nice short stay for us. "

"The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated between Victoria and Nanaimo, offering an amazing view. We booked it to celebrate our wedding anniversary but encountered a misunderstanding about the property facilities at the beginning. Kathy resolved the issue quickly and professionally, making our night even better than we had planned. She even had placed some sweets to welcome us and congratulate us on our anniversary. In short, we enjoyed our stay, and Kathy was very responsible, responding to our questions immediately after we texted her. We highly recommend this place."
