The architecturally exceptional property was built in Pelion classic style with stone roof and ceiling heights up to 5.5 meters. The view of the sea towards the sunset is breathtaking. This rustic house has two floors, is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The house is located in one of the old "Kalderimis," the donkey paths that crisscross the peninsula for hundreds of years. The trail leads uphill to the chapel "Agia Triada", where the source is located, from the house draws its drinking water. The required Greek Vermietungs license (EOT) is available. Pool and Garden In the garden a modern swimming pool with dimensions of 8 x 4 meters (depth about 1.80 to 2\. 20 meters), which is surrounded by beautiful terraces. There are all-day shade tree. Agia Triada is surrounded by a large and lush Mediterranean garden with many trees, including oranges, lemons, figs, pomegranates, olive, almond, cypress and pine. The garden has several terraces, some with sea views and in the shade of the trees. Equipment The house has 2 bedrooms for 5 people, living room, dining room, a large open outdoor kitchen with gas stove and hot water, a utility room with washing machine and fridge and a modern bathroom with access from the outside. One of the bedrooms and the living room also has a fireplace. Area Agia Triada is located in the heart of southern Pelion. After Kalamos with its tavernas and beautiful beaches are only 3 minutes by car. Also Argalasti with supermarkets, weekly market, polyclinic and even Wi-Fi is a few kilometers away. Kalamos is one of the most coveted fishing villages on Pagasitikos Gulf. This is due in part to the southwest with the stunning sunsets, on the other hand, to the ever-calm sea with the numerous water sports. Kalamos has several nice beaches and some taverns. The water is clear and the first meters flat, so suitable for small children to swim. Kalamos is popular with families and very quiet. If you are looking for more choice, you head into a few kilometers away Milina where you will find a number of tavernas, bars and boutiques. In Kalamos you spend a quiet, relaxing holiday. Of the places near Horto, Lafkos, metohi and Mavri Petra are also recommended. Also Trikeri, Platanias, Agia Kyriaki, micro and Katigiorgis are worth a visit. Restaurants In the vicinity there is a huge choice of restaurants and cafes. Kalamos offers three taverns, is well worth a visit. On the beautiful platia in Argalasti there are more cafes and restaurants. Especially recommended are also restaurants and bars on the Platias of Lafkos and Neochori and on the promenade in Milina. Beaches Beautiful beaches, there is no shortage in Pelion. The nearest beach is at the bottom in Kalamos, only 3 minutes away. Simply turn the bottom of the village on the first tavern in the dirt road on the left and park somewhere under the olive trees. From there, a short, well-walk path down to the sea. If you know the local beach is already too crowded (which actually never the case), just go further south; there are other beaches. Who is not afraid of a few kilometers drive away, is on the other side of Pelion some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece (Melani, Mourtitsa, Paltsi, Potistika, etc.). The Pelion The Pelion is one of the last Paradise on the Mediterranean Sea. Unencumbered by mass tourism and land speculation, here is a traditional way of life has been preserved, as they are no longer found in Greece and in the western hardly means more. Tourism on the peninsula is dominated by pensions and small apartment buildings. Large hotels there is not, just a few minor holiday resorts with landscaped promenades and good restaurants and bars, but without any fuss. On the coasts miles of olive groves determine the landscape. Das alte Steinhaus befindet sich auf einem schön angelegten Grundstück. Es gibt viele Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Der Pool und die Terasse sind wunderbar. Wer, wie wir, kein Problem damit hat, dass Küche und Toilette/Bad außerhalb sind, ist hier richtig. Im Haus hätten wir uns zwar Fliegengitter gewünscht und ein paar Kleinigketen sollten mal wieder auf Vordermann gebracht werden (Sonnenschirm, Satellitenschüssel, fehlender Fön) aber der Gesamteindruck wird darurch nicht getrübt. ##### Antonios K. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, hat eine perfekte Lage, einen großen gut angelegten Garten mit mehreren Ebenen und viel Schatten, die Außenküche und das Außenbad vermitteln eine gewisse Campingatmosphäre, die mir sehr gut gefiel. Der Pool ist der Hammer und der Blick von der Terrasse auf den Golf im Sonnenuntergang perfekt! Alles in allem: wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier! Séjour de 14 nuits en septembre 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Juliane H. 13 août 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Wunderbare Oase mit Sonne und Meer Wir haben zwei traumhafte Wochen verbracht, Pool und Garten ausgiebig genossen, sowie die umliegenden Tavernen, charmanten Orte und traumhaften Strände entdeckt. Trotz Hitzewelle war das Haus angenehm kühl und gerade die verschiedenen Sitzecken sehr hilfreich um stets ein kühles Eckchen zu finden. Check in/out sehr unkompliziert und hervorragende Betreuung vor Ort und seitens des Vermieters! Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Juliane H. The bedrooms and upstairs balcony provide great holiday accommodation. The property description says that there is an outside kitchen, we thought that there would be an inside one too but there isn't. The cooking facilities are basic. It is limited to an old gas burner which is difficult to control and a built in BBQ which has a poor chimney and doesn't draw making it impossible to keep the fire going. The bathroom is decribed as having "access from outside", we thought there would also be access from the inside but there isn't because it is downstairs and outside in the garden. It is challenging and inconvenient to use it during the night. Overall the house is well equipped, has lots of character and has a beautiful garden. We enjoyed our stay but the description is misleading and we wouldn't have booked it if it had been clear that both the kitchen and bathroom facilities were totally outside. ##### Andrew S. Das Haus ist sauber und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet.Technisch funktionierte alles, Warmwasser war immer vorhanden.Die offene Küche ist sehr praktisch und wurde häufig genutzt.Auf dem Grundstück gibt es verschiedenen Ruheplätze verteilt, sowie die Sonnenterasse mit wunderbarer Aussicht.Bei regnerischem Wetter, so wie wir es an ein paar Tagen im Mai hatten, fehlt ein trockener Unterstand im Freien.Der Pool ist eine schöne Alternative zu Potistika und anderen Stränden. Aus der Hausbeschreibung war uns nicht bewußt, daß sich die Toilette außerhalb des Hauses befindet , für ältere Personen oder auch Kinder etwas beschwerlich zu nutzen.
