"This is an apartment in an older building on Huntington Blvd. it has been refurbished and is very nice. The location is convenient to downtown LA as well as Pasadena and the San Gabriel valley. We had expected noise from Huntington (it’s a busy street) but not to hear so much noise from the upstairs apartment. Perhaps carpeting would help with that. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay."

"This rental was in a great location with an incredible view and a helpful owner that responds quickly. The only thing that I must've missed in the description was that this property is not ADA accessible for those that might need it and the beds are very firm for those that like that (we had to sleep on the couches). All in all, great experience with a few quirks specific to our needs."
