Great location on the north end of the island where it is a little quieter but still walkable to beach and bars. Outside areas of condo complex were well maintained and manicured with beautiful pool and hot tub area as well as marina. The interior of the condo was very tired with virtually every surface either scratched, chipped, scraped, dented or peeling. Combine that with marginal cleanliness left us disappointed. Hard to tell on many of the surfaces if it was dirt or just wear and tear. It is a shame as this place has so much going for it but is lacking proper maintenance. ##### Travis H.
