The space is great, bedrooms are roomy and each one has a bathroom, huge plus and beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, big table, plenty of seating. Half bath downstairs is another plus. Backyard is amazing, no obstruction, we saw fireworks from there. We stayed over NYE and we were not bored. Played tennis on the community courts (take your own rackets and balls) and they have pickeball courts but did not get around to it. Walked to beach everyday in the morning, not crowded at all and the private access is great. The artificial grass on the property looks good, no issues with that. Only down side for some might be the sunrise, there are no curtains or blinds so if you want to sleep in, take your eye mask. We are early risers so that was perfect for us. Thank you for hosting us and can't wait to be back. ##### Norma R. It was fully stocked with everything you can think of from kitchen needs to games. The property is pristine.
