Location, location, location! What an awesome place! Right by the beach, everything you need indoors, with a great patio overlooking the beach upstairs, a nice pool downstairs. We had zero problems with our stay and great communication with our host. Don’t think about it, get this place and you won’t be disappointed. ##### Abel P. The Upstairs Master's Suite has a king bed with plenty of storage, a huge walk-in closet and double vanity sinks and a large shower. There is another half bath near by. The dining table handles 8 people, however the living room couches only handle 4 people but there are dining chairs for 10 people. The back deck table can handle 6 people. Downstairs there are 2 more on suite bedroom. One has a bunk with a twin on the bottom and a single above. The other bedroom has a queen bed that walks out to the small pool. The whole island is small. Everything is less than 5 miles away. This house has a great location with the neighborhood being very clean. ##### TOM B. It was spacious, quiet, and the views of the beach and the sunrise were awesome. We loved watching the people and their fur babies walk the beach throughout the day. We brought ours and they loved it as well. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and walkable as well. The home is just as described and the rooms are very comfortable. The communication with the manager, Kely, was immediate and she and the owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. We hope to return again soon. ##### Paulette W. Good location The property description is accurate, could use a little updating but everything works. Read the full agreement. We misunderstood about the heated plunge pool. It was nice but a little cool for us. Again it all worked and the highest temp is in the agreement. It actually got to 89\. We would stay again and bring our kids. The house was a two story townhouse with a great view of the gulf. Unfortunately the weather on the fourth day became rainy until we left on the 7 day, an unusual event in November. The house was stocked with everything we needed except for a few kitchen items which were delivered quickly to the house. Communications with the property hoist was excellent. A little updating is needed but overall was great. We will return in the future. Thank you! ##### Jack P.
