It is very well insulated; you cannot hear any outside noise from the pool or the hotel next door. It is close to the beach access gate and the pool. We enjoyed our stay. ##### Manuel T. We had an amazing time at Kabes’s place. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick. The property’s location is fantastic, with private beach access, walking distance to the Sea Turtle Inc. and South padre Island Birding and Nature Center. Furniture abc bed was super comfortable. Located at the back of the property so it’s super close to the beach.
