Even in middle of complex no contact or issue with neighbors. Only downer was the tar balls on beach. Never knew & they get on everything. Trick on skin is baby oil to remove. Come well stocked. The view from the balcony was wonderful...right on the beach! The condo was clean and well taken care of. Pretty well supplied...with the exception of beach towels, as all beach VRBO's we have stayed at over the years have provided. Be aware that the window in the kitchen and the second bedroom face the outdoor hallway and the elevator which is about five steps away. Other than that, it is a great condo and location! ##### Suzi J. The management company, however, is terrible. The day before check in we found added in at the bottom of a very lengthy description of the place that the balcony was closed for repairs. The owner had no problem with us cancelling and reserving another condo (several were available and one of which was on the same floor of the same condo) but the management company would not help us. If you choose to stay at this condo make sure you read every word of the description and know that if anything comes up you will not be helped by Padre Island Rentals. This condo has an awesome location and view. It was clean upon arrival. We brought food and cooked most of our meals at the condo and it had everything we needed.
