From the minute you open the front door to the unit, you will be awed by the magnificent views of the Gulf from the living area and the downstairs balcony. As you unpack in the 10th floor bedrooms, you will be amazed at the additional views of the Laguna Madre and the Causeway back to the mainland. Breathtaking! Watching the sunrise over the Gulf or the sunset over the Intercostal Waterway is an amazing experience. This floor plan at Sunchase IV has a very unique kitchen and living area downstairs on the 9th floor. Floor to ceiling windows, facing the Gulf, give you a perfect view of the beach from anywhere in the living area. Imagine standing at the kitchen sink and watching the waves roll onto the beach as kite boarders enjoy their sport or dolphins frolic in the surf. You will appreciate the extra space in the kitchen and living area that this plan offers. The living room contains a 75" 4 K Ultra TV, a DVD player and a queen size murphy bed. A half bath is located off the living room. The two bedrooms, two full baths and the laundry space is located upstairs on the 10th floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed set, 37" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a 27" flat screen TV. There is no need to have to worry about having to deal with dirty laundry on a return trip home. There is a full size washer and dryer located in this unit. Wireless internet is available in the condo and is password protected. Sometimes you just want to stay connected. The Sunchase IV property offers lush grounds with a tropical feel. The outdoor heated pool with cascade fountains, the children's pool and the hot tub are located in the center of the property. The second outdoor large pool is in close proximity to the beach. We have 2 tennis courts, 2 racquetball courts and 2 ping pong tables for guest's use. Equipment is available upon request. Call the onsite management office and they will gladly deliver any of the following: tennis rackets, tennis balls, badminton rackets, birdies, racquetball rackets, racquetball balls, pickle ball net, pickle ball paddles, pickle ball balls, ping pong paddles, or ping pong balls. If the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, we have a second floor spacious library that offers WIFI access, books, board games, puzzles, magazines and a large screen TV. The remodeled exercise room is adequately equipped so you don't have to miss out on your daily exercise regime. Relaxation is provided in the steam and sauna facilities. The seventh floor sundeck offers spectacular gulf views. Lounge chairs, chairs and tables are set up so guests can relax while soaking up the sun. The ocean view from the living room to the bay view from the bedrooms. Beautiful and relaxing. Short walk to the beach and walking distances to lots of eateries. Tom was very quick to respond when we had any questions. The beds were so comfortable I was dreading leaving… you also have everything you need to cook with, although we ate out every meal. lol. The view from the living room balcony was of the beach and the view from the upstairs bedrooms allowed us to watch the fireworks show over the bay without leaving. It was perfect for my family of 4! We didn’t think the walk to the beach was too long and we went most of the days of our stay. Same with the pool. We did not use the health center. Check in process was easy - the only suggestion that I would have is to provide the gate access code with the access code to the condo. Security wasn’t answering and we got there after the offices had closed. Tom answered our call quickly and provided the code. The luggage and grocery carts were a nice bonus and super helpful when we unloaded our car. I wasn’t expecting the carts so thought I would mention it since we found them so helpful when arriving and leaving. Parking wasn’t an issue for us - we were always able to find a close spot. My son loved the Murphy bed in the living room. I loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer for our stay. Both of my kids loved having WiFi-access. The condo is HUGE! Gorgeous, clean, and just beautiful. Amazing views of the beach and the bay, we had trouble deciding which view we like the best! Amazing place to stay with two kids, so much to do there. I cannot wait to come back and book this exact place next year- the hosts were amazing and everything was a breeze! ##### Noelle V. The pictures do this place no justice; the living and kitchen area is much larger than it appears on the pictures. Every room was extremely clean and the views are amazing. Beach view from downstairs and bay views from the upstairs bedrooms. The murphy bed was an added bonus and very easy to pull out and put back up.
