Our beautiful 9th-floor oceanview condo offers the best beach getaway ever! Experience the sunsets from your private balcony, take a short walk to splash in the pool or get some sun, or enjoy a stroll to the beach! Our coastal retreat condo has it all and it comes with stylish furnishings and decor; situated inside the exclusive Solare Tower, inside one of the largest beachfront properties on the island with pools, hot tubs, a large sun deck with beach access, tennis, pickleball, and more!

The Space:
Time to renew your soul and enjoy a fabulous beach getaway at our luminous and chic oceanview condo. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the comfort of your private balcony, prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, enjoy a coffee or a snack from the convenient breakfast bar, or enjoy a wonderful sit-down meal with a view from the plush dining table for eight. After your beach and pool adventures, unwind on the living room sofas and watch your shows or a movie on the flatscreen Smart TV with cable.

When it's time to rest for the night, you’ll have three plush and comfortable bedrooms, all with sleek ensuite bathrooms and Smart TVs! Two have stunning ocean views from bed! You can accommodate nine guests in our condo. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed, bedroom two features two queen beds, and bedroom three has two single/twin beds, one with a trundle pull-out twin bed.

The condo also has good WiFi, a private washer and dryer, so your clothes are always fresh, quality linens, towels, beach towels, shampoo, hairdryers, and 2 car parking spaces onsite.

The beach and ocean are only seconds away. Take long walks down the street and try the beach bars, go solace in the sea or the two large pools onsite, each with a hot tub! Solare Towers inside Bahia Mar has so much to offer for everyone in your group.

The Neighborhood:
South Padre Island offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement. You're just steps away from the beach for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports, and local gems like Blackbeard's for seafood or shopping at Padre Island Plaza. Enjoy island activities like bird and sea turtle watching, beach four-wheeling, horseback riding, and exploring the Laguna Madre Nature Trail.

Getting Around:
The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too!

Other Things to Note:
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

- You’ll be on the 9th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in.
- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted.
- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed.
- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. This includes respect for the Resort/HOA rules and the pool and common area rules and hours. Failure to comply with these policies is grounds for eviction from the property and a fine.

Interaction with Guests:
Once at the complex's entrance, give your name to Security. They will provide you with the keys, wristbands and parking passes. You’ll be required to wear your wristbands during the entire stay.

Really loved the condo layout, the windows, bright open spaces and the location. Being able to see the ocean and the bay from the balcony was amazing every morning. The pools areas and beach were also well maintained and beautiful. We did have some concerns. We were only provided one towel for each of the seven members of our family. With the price we paid for the condo, we would also expect to have complimentary beach chairs and tents and not have to pay to grill hamburgers for our family. I felt it was a bit much to pay 60 to rent a grill when we're paying 600/night to stay there. When we first arrived, the right elevator provided a terrifying ride with several moments where it felt like it was going to drop to the ground. They did fix it while we were there. Generally, the facilities could use some updating, sealing of cracks, updates to the bathrooms, etc. It wasn't terrible. We truly enjoyed our stay. Just could use some improvements.

Great place but necessities were lacking

The condo was beautiful and clean, with a great view. We had plenty of space, however, there were only 5 sets of blankets for the 9 of us. Two of our guests had to sleep under the couch pillows. Also we were provided with only 3 rolls of really thin single ply toilet paper that ran out within the first two days and had to purchase more, which in the island is fairly pricey. Outside of that the stay was fantastic.

The property is located behind another property which is on the beach. It was large and comfortable overall, but from the description we thought it was on the beach. It had the basics such as towels and linens as well as toiletries.

Spacious with comfortable beds

I must admit our stay was hampered by unfavorable weather. I understand this is to be expected and no fault of the property owners. The two hot tubs were thoroughly enjoyed. The close location allowed us a few walks on the beach. The crashing waves were beautiful but a heavier coat would’ve helped. (Poor planning on our part). The pools looked great, with the in-water stools but too chilly for us. The gym was under repair the first 3 days, but the property owner was quick to respond to my messages.you can see a long way from the balconies. All of the beds were very comfortable. It was nice having 3 full bathrooms. Check in process was quick and easy. I should’ve asked earlier in our stay but we could’ve used a couple extra blankets.these are minor details but a few more towels and paper products would improve the stay. I believe the standard for this resort is paper product for arrival, not the whole stay. Overall a decent condo.
