There was a plumbing issue that was not resolved and we were asked not to use the shower. Then there was an issue with the smoke detector on one of the bedrooms. It malfunctioned and would not shut off. Maintenance never fixed it. The bedroom was not able to be used bc of that. Also, the dishwasher did not work and the AC on the first floor (indoors) was leaking lots of water ... and their fix was to place a tub to capture it all ... we were responsible for emptying it otherwise it would overflow. Maintenance personnel seems to be stretched thin and there's only so much they can do with what they're working with. This home is in need of major work. There's probably mold behind the walls. Outdoors (by the pool) has lots of overgrown bushes/weeds. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website. There is plenty of space to socialize inside or around the pool. The beds are old, worn out, springy beds, but we didn't have high expectations as it's a rental. Also some light switches did not turn on. The downstairs restroom had a missing glass panel in the shower and the toilet handle in that restroom was also loose. We had to call the property manager because the dishwasher detergent compartment was broken. When he came, he said that it couldn't be fixed until the next day which was our checkout day. He said he would refund me for the inconvenience, but I have yet to see any kind of refund reflected on my bank account. Other than that it was spacious an in a good location.
