This comfortable condo has all the comforts of home, the perfect place for creating unforgettable memories with your family and friends as you experience South Padre Island. Start your day enjoying a cup of coffee on the private patio as the morning sunlight warms your skin and the sea breeze kisses your face as it passes by. After breakfast, take a morning stroll along the beach as the waves dance back and forth along the shoreline. In the afternoon, lounge by the swimming pool, as you attain a sun kissed glow. In the evening, take a stroll along Padre Blvd to enjoy the nightlife. Natural light warms the living room. The open room is a great space for the whole party to spend time together comfortably. In the afternoon take a break to enjoy a snack while lounging on the comfy couch. In the evening put your feet up on one of four personal sized ottomans while you watch a DVD or VHS on the adjustable mounted flat screen TV. Preparing meals is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the gorgeous granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances as you exercise your culinary expertise to prepare your favorite meals. Dining table seats 6 guests comfortably, 2 additional seats at breakfast bar. The roomy primary bedroom is the perfect place to take a break from your fun filled day. Rest on the comfortable king size bed or lounge on the cushy couch at the foot of the bed while you watch a show on the large mounted flat screen TV. Offers ample storage for your belongings in the bedside tables, multi-drawer dresser, and small walk-in closet. Can access the unfurnished patio through the French doors. Pamper yourself in the attached bathroom, has a beautiful granite vanity with storage space below and above toilet for personal belongings. The beautiful tiled walk-in shower with a built-in seat is welcoming at the end of the day to rinse off the salty sand from a fantastic day at the beach. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Has space to store belongings in the 3-drawer bedside table and large closet. Guests staying in this room will enjoy having a mounted flat screen TV. In the morning freshen up in the roomy guest bathroom with a beautiful marble vanity with storage below for toiletries. Features a tiled tub/shower combo, great for soaking in a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of a fun filled day. The fenced backyard adorned in tropical foliage is shared with the other seven units in the fourplex buildings. Lounge chairs surround the sparkling pool to assist in attaining a sun kissed glow while you lie back and take in the sea breeze. Missing the sand between your toes, the beach is a short walk away across the street. If you decide to leave Soleil 01 Condominium for a bite to eat or to explore shops, you are a short walk away from the main street, Padre Blvd. There are several great restaurants at reasonable prices. Locals love Manual's (cash only & closed on Monday) or Cafe Isabel for breakfast and Marcello's, Pirate's Landing or Dirty Al's for lunch or dinner. To experience adventures further along the island, take advantage of the city's free transportation on The Island Metro. See the Island Metro Schedule here. On the north side of the island, experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Reached out one time about the thermostat and got an immediate response. The only suggestion I have is to have a vacuum for sand. The property is beautiful and in a convenient location on the island. Plenty of towels. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortble as were couches. Only a few minor concerns/complaints. \* Dryer - lint trap doesn’t go into slot all the way (broke bathing suit top in half and ruined a tank top because the straps got stuck on the end of trap sticking up.) \* Dishwasher detergent not provided without going to office/asking for it (this would have been good to know verbally up front). \* No extra toilet paper provided (also would have been good to know verbally up front. Four days and 5 people, extra TP should be stocked.) \* Master toilet - semi clogged/plumbing issue - we had issues with it flushing/draining properly. \* second bedroom has no tv remote. Is a Roku and so will work if you have Roku app/account on phone but that’s it. Altogether we definitely enjoyed our stay and appreciate your hospitality! Thank you. ##### Jason M. So convenient to the beach and walking right over. Also close to all activities and restaurants. 3 of our 5 nights we we even walked to nearby popular restaurants. I loved that it was such a close walk to two beach access points. The pool was smaller than we are used to but we spent the majority of our time at the beach! I loved that is was right down the street from the Dollar General (walking in distance) that came in handy. I would only change the fact that you have to go to an off site location to check in sort of dated and pointless, considering everything can be done over the phone and with coded entry. The property was great, however, I chose this property over a hotel because we planned on cooking during our stay. Every other VRBO I’ve stayed in supplied things like seasonings. This one did not. There was also nothing to clean with, like chlorox wipes. There were no curtains over the patio doors in the master bedroom and the storm shutters did not work. So close to the beach. However, I don't feel that in-person check-in are necessary any longer. Most companies can take care of those logistics electronically now. The condo lost power for about an hour during Day 2 and for over 5.5 hours on Day 3\. While not the management company's fault, it would have been helpful if they would have shared communications about the outage and the expected duration. In fact, when I called to report and ask if they had any updates, I never even received a returned call. ##### Amanda G. The kitchen is stocked pretty well, maybe add a crockpot? The sound bar wasn’t working in the master bedroom. All in all It’s very spacious and nice.
