Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too! Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- You’ll be on the 7th floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. \- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. \- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. \- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. \- Pets are not allowed at this property. \- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests. We especially loved the spacious living area and well-appointed kitchen. The building is in a great location, walking distance to several beach bars and restaurants. The beds weren’t very comfortable (advertised as queens but we think they were full size) and the shower pressure was pretty weak.
