All new appliances, new furniture and completely updated. These units are spacious and just a short walk up the block to the beach. Conveniently located in a prime area of the island by Cafe Karma, Stripes with Laredo Tacos, Wanna Wanna Beach Bar and close to other shops and fun. This unit has every amenity you need to make your beach stay at the island a perfect one. Huge open courtyard with BBQ pits, a pool and a hot tub for your enjoyment. This is a 3rd floor walk up. VRBO does not collect State and City Taxes so will collect at our office. Credit card or exact cash. NO ONE UNDER 25 YRS CAN RENT THIS UNIT! Extra plus that we're a block away from the beach. Frank was quick on his feet at responding. The property was clean, beautiful, family friendly and accessible to the beach. We give it a Plus.
