It is suitable for a romantic weekend for couples or a fun-filled family vacation. The condominium provides a harmonious blend of tranquility and contemporary conveniences. Its convenient location enables easy access to the beach, as well as the local shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. Only one dog weighing a maximum of 25 pounds is permitted, accompanied by a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100. PLEASE READ ALL OUR REQUIREMENTS IN OUR HOUSE RULES. IMPORTANT: Upon booking our property, you will receive a request to complete and sign our rental agreement. The principal booker must provide specific information required by our Safely insurance. Please note that a light background check will be conducted by Safely on behalf of our beach real estate investment. You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we do not work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be look after the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a persons life, please call 911. VAYK GEAR is a premier BEACH Equipment Rental Company offering top-of-the-line gear for your perfect beach day. You may receive an email from them regarding a credit from Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals for the rental of your preferred beach equipment. Visit their website to select from a wide range of high-quality beach gear to make the most of your beach getaway. Please know that this resort will charge for wristbands for anyone between ages of 10 and 32 during the month of March/April to control access to the property during Spring Break and Holy Week. They cost $25 each and will be charged at the entrance by security. The owners of Saida IV #408 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year. 1\. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense. 2\. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 6 guests. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy. 3\. Pets ~ We accept small/medium dogs in our property with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100/per dog. Access to property will not be permitted until payment is collected. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400. 4\. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed. 5\. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed or either in the dumpster located on the ground floor or parking lot of the building. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave. 6\. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended and observe pool hours. 7\. BBQ ~ BBQ pit is not included. 8\. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only. 9\. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you. 10\. The guard at the entrance of the resort will charge $25/pp plus tax, ages 10-32, for the use of wristbands during the month of March "Spring Break" and Holy Week. Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged. Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule. Subletting not allowed. Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without a refund. Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door. The smart keypad door code will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival. Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text. Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee. Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice. You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. Any overnight requests, other than REAL emergencies, will be taken care of the next day. If there is an emergency that threatens a person’s life, please call 911. Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price. Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts. The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. All the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen area was very large. Great views of the whole resort and beach from the patio. Having the shade on the patio the whole day was a huge plus. We enjoyed watching movies on the huge flat screen in the living area on the reclining sectional sofa. I would recommend staying here if you have a family for sure. The pool was right around the corner and plenty of grass areas for little ones to play. My boys loved playing football and baseball right outside the patio/building every night. The Kitchen was also updated with plenty of storage. The entry closet was the best for all your beach items from a long day out to store there. It also comes with beach toys, beach chairs, and a wagon to hall your items down to the beach. Rod and Rosa were also very responsive with questions we had prior to check in. It's not the newest, fanciest condo building on the beach, but who wants fancy when you are covered with sand and sunscreen. And despite its casual vibe, the whole complex is well maintained, clean, and feels secure with gated access. Within this condo building, this particular condo has great décor with a modern beach vibe. And the organization and communication with the owner was really top notch. It also came with a lot of beach gear which was super convenient. The only thing I would have liked better is if it had a little broader view of the beach as it is tucked a little further back compared to some of the other condo units (that said it did have a view of the beach). I would definitely stay here again because the easy communication, the elevated décor and well stocked beach equipment are well worth it. ##### Sarah W. It looks just like the photos and it had everything that we needed. I had family from out of state with us and they were so impressed. The view from the balcony is awesome and the beach access is great! I really loved the layout of the condo. The master room and guest room are separated and do not share walls. The recliners were a hit from my husband too. The pool can get busy, but it was still fun and they have an outdoor bar that sells food and drinks. Overall, would definitely stay again! ##### Zaira T. The overall size of the 2 bedroom was surprisingly large. We especially liked that you never have direct sun on the patio(morning or evening). More patio time! Also, many amenities in the closet to use at the beach...very complete. The checkout time of 10AM doesn´t seem standard though, as most VRBO locations use the standard 11AM.... someone was actually knocking on the door at 10AM!!....but other than that a very delightful place! My wife is very picky with the cleanliness and she was amazed at how clean the place was. They had everything we needed, beach chairs, a canopy, beach toys, beach towls and a beach cart to carry our stuff.
