The beach was well maintained too. Our unit was nice, you can tell they are trying to keep it updated. The only downfall was the cleanliness. It smells like a mix of old smoke and dogs, but we know it's hard in an older building and humid environment to keep it smelling fresh. When we arrived there were cheetos on the floor, gum on the shower floor, and melted chocolate on the couch...it looked like they were in a hurry cleaning. The front door key pad could use a replacement. It was falling off, you had to hold it up to door, and it took a few attempts every time to unlock it. All in all, if you're not a stickler on cleanliness it was the perfect place for a family getaway. The rental company was very responsive, and a breeze to deal with.
