The condo itself had a nice homely feel, with a nice amount of space for a larger family. It was very comfortable for our group of seven, and accommodated to all of our needs well. The amenities included also made it easier to stay inside and cook our own food, or entertain ourselves in the condo, which was nice. Very clean, tons of utensils and supplies provided (shout out to the extra fans in every closet!). Some people complained about the wear and tear on the condo, but anyone from the coast knows that having rusty towel hooks on the amazing balcony is just par for the coarse. So close to the main strip, perfect for walking to dinner then going shopping. Only complaint was that the sweet guest book didn't have a pen with it, and I somehow didn't have a single writing tool in my luggage or van, whoops! Communication with the property was super easy with a very fast response. My husband is now in love with SPI and we are already planning another trip next year, and will very likely stay at this same rental! ##### Dara S. Would have been nice to have some outdoor basics to use - pickle ball, sand toys, chairs, beach towels - we had to purchase all of it and left it behind, hopefully future guests can use them.
