The kitchen was sparsely equipped. The living room sofa etc looked old and dirty. The furniture On the deck smelled of cat urine. This continued after management cleaned it once. Yes, furniture in living area is uncomfortable, the couch really. But that wouldn't stop me from returning to this condo. Balcony door is hard to open and close. That was not a problem for us but older people may not be able to open it or close it. It was windy and beautiful but we never got to rent the chairs and umbrellas due to the weather they said. Easy check in and check out. No hidden fees which was a relief. There is an adjacent condo property that was partying until 2am every night. Bring ear plugs just in case. That’s not the owner’s fault and we did choose to go on spring break - so par for the course. I do wish the property allowed kids in hot tub with adult supervision. That was a bummer for the kids. If there was one complaint it would be that the bathroom tub and floor need mats. I slipped and fell twice, one in the bathtub taking a shower, and secondly after coming back fro the beach with sand on my shoes. The latter cause me to accidently kick a small hole in the wall by the toliet on the way down. Sand on the shoes and that tile can be really slippery. ##### David W.
