Royale Beach & Tennis Resort Pristine, turquoise waters, clear skies, golden sunsets, and plenty to do. The majority of travelers demanded a spot to take in the sun on the Texas coast, and this is one of the finest. Spacious condominiums overlook the Gulf of Mexico and with three shared swimming pools, four Jacuzzis, and four tennis courts, there's a lot for families, couples, and your friends. One and two-bedroom condos feature fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, free WiFi, Cable TV & DVD. A short walk away is the beach, dolphins and a vacation to be remembered forever.

South Padre has been a spring break favorite since the 1970s and one of the only truly luxurious vacation spots anywhere in Texas Located on the tropical tip of Texas Isla del padre is bordered by the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay. Is the second-largest island by area in the contiguous United States after Long Island. Famous for its white sandy beaches preserved in a natural state as Padre Island National Seashore. Perfect for fishing, boating, bird watching, shopping, golf, and diversity of activities or just to relax during the year. And as the day wind down with breathtaking sunsets over the day, nightclubs and restaurants offer the most fantastic beach vacation destination.

• The maximum capacity of the room between adults, children, and infants cannot be exceeded.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $200 fine.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.  
• Traveler must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.  
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.  
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.  
• Please respect COVID-19 social distancing.  
• Pets are not allowed
