Getting Around: The nearest international airport is Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (BRO), which is about 27 miles away. You’ll have parking onsite at the complex. Walking around the island is fun, too! Other Things to Note: Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. \- The property is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, but in the unlikely event the fire alarms sound, you’ll be required to walk down the stairs. \- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book, and someone 21 years of age or older must be present during the entire stay. \- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- Guests will be required to provide a valid I.D. (with photo and signature) and to sign the registration form upon arrival and check-in. \- All guests will be provided wristbands that they must wear for the duration of the stay. \- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed, and no guests who are not already listed on the reservation are permitted. \- The rental includes electricity (internet, air conditioning, etc.), use of the common area swimming pool, and two parking permits. An additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on-site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed on the property for an extra fee, but no RVs or motor homes will be allowed. \- BBQ grills are available in the designated “Palenque” area and are perfect for an outdoor meal with family or friends. The two-burner grill is $40, and the four-burner grill is $50. \- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE SMOKE ALARM. There is an $800 charge for tampering with it. \- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. \- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. \- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. \- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. \- Pets are not allowed at this property. \- Our properties are family-oriented, and good behavior is expected from our guests.
