The morning view from our home will keep you coming back year after year. If you'd love to travel to South Padre Island during the cooler months, you'll be happy to know the pool can be heated. Our beachfront pool will be warm and comfortable no matter what the outside temperature! Get ready for the best vacation ever!

This vacation home is a two-story walk-up with no elevator access. The ground floor includes two-bedroom suites, with the primary bedroom leading straight to the patio and pool. The second floor has an additional primary bedroom suite, guest bedroom, living room, kitchen, and balcony.  
  
POLICIES & INFO  
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.  
  
Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.  
  
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25\. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.   
  
\- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.  
\- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.  
\- Parties are strictly prohibited.  
\- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.  
\- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  
\- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.  
\- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.  
\- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only small, non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.  
\- The pool heating fee is $100 for the first three days and $25 for each additional day from October - May. 24-hour advance notice is required.
