Soak up the sun by the shared pools, or enjoy stunning gulf, bay, and views from the balcony of your beachfront property. You also have views of the space launching! Upscale on-site amenities include a steam room, sauna, tennis court, ping-pong tables, fitness center, and lounge.

You will also enjoy easy access to a plethora of restaurants and amenities, all within a short walk from this downtown condo.

LIVING AREA

Kick back in the living area after a fun-filled beach day. This inviting space is furnished with a plush sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, and 55” cable TV. A wet bar makes entertaining a breeze.

KITCHEN & DINING

Start the day off right by whipping up breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the kitchen bar, outfitted with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for four.

This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Property had a few small issues but overall was good. This is the only VRBO that I have stayed in that did not have coffee at the rental and I travel at least 3 weeks out of the month. Long story short BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE! (K-Cups)

The carpet on the stairs— really needs replacing. I felt like I should wear shoes going upstairs. I also would not have the renters strip the beds. Mattress in master are discussing. We’re probably going back to South Padre but not going to book this rental. We still made it fun,,,

Great pool, hot tub, library, balcony. Awesome view! Beachfront location! Easy walking to many places to eat nearby. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, however no other supplies available ( foil, plastic wrap, spices, oil etc.). There is a grocery store on the mainland so plan on picking up/ bringing everything you need if you plan on cooking. The beds were ok but mattresses could use an update. Linens were very nice. Overall, this is a nice property and great value for the price.

Property well kept inside and outside. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Easy walk to beach. Pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickle ball all directly in front of the building beachside. Would stay here again!

Good: View was great, location was good, grocery cart available to bring things upstairs. Bad: This place was not clean (gross) - contacted Vacasa (middle man) at 7p when we arrived, response asking if we wanted assistance with cleaning was 1:25a. We did a lot of cleaning before then. The pictures make it look clean. Parking pass, wristbands were available in the office downstairs. No air conditioning downstairs for two days, they did fix. The few burners that work on the stove come and go with heat levels. Frig was really gross on the outside, freezer leaked so they had to come and defrost. Diswasher, rusted and racks broken. So much going wrong with this place that it felt like most of the trip was contacting Vacasa with the next issue. VRBO front rating was 4.5, when you got in the reviews 3.8 They need to fix this. Confused by seeing all the excellent reviews on Vacasa - hopefully they improved things!

Pros- condo views of both the beach & bay were phenomenal. Pool & hot tub area was very clean & well maintained. Condo staff were friendly. Cons- no water to unit for 2 days to the whole complex, which was not pleasant nor communicated by Vacasa. Internet unavailable on two separate days for hours each time. Only one of two elevators worked during stay in tower. Multiple condo repair items reported early to Vacasa were not addressed during our extended stay- kitchen sink faucet not properly attached to counter, microwave vent piece broken, stove burner not functional & stove indicator light didn’t work. Recommend owner add mattress cover to beds, replace living room couch (no support), and add light to laundry hall, so clients do not need to use flash light to utilize. Thank you.

The condo had amazing beach views and beach front location - loved the huge balcony and the ample space inside. Many things inside need updating (carpet, kitchen faucet, dishwasher, pots and pans - actually mgmt sent Sandy over to bring us a brand new pot/pan set day 2 which we greatly appreciated). Very comfortable beds and loved the building amenities (hot tub and great pool)

My partner and I recently stayed at this property and had mixed feelings. Pros: the location/view are great. It's a short walk to the beach and breakfast overlooking the ocean is hard to beat. Also VRBO was very easy to work with and responsive when we had questions. The property was also clean and inviting (lights on and chill music playing) when we arrived. Cons: The space needs some updates and majorly needs some organization. Every cabinet/drawer seemed to have a random, unorganized array of things. Since we had planned on cooking most of our meals, it was a little odd to find multiple toasters and crockpots but then struggle to find a proper mixing bowl. There was a lot of stuff just random and disorganized. Also the ice maker didn't work (but there was an ice cube tray), the front large burner on the stove didn't work, the shower curtain fell down (tension rod so we could fix it), the carpet needs updating badly, and just a few other odd things that we were thrown off by. We ultimately had a great stay because we headed out most of the time but found this to be a little less than we hoped for. We wouldn't stay here again but we would work through VRBO in the future.
