Clean pool in back. \* 2nd bedroom now has TWO bunk beds total 4 beds all full sized new mattresses. Master is Queen. There is not a pull out couch. \*2 bedroom/3 bathroom in 4plex w/ high 12 foot ceilings, granite & stainless + full yet small kitchen. \*50 yards to restaurants & bars yet quiet. Minimalist furniture design. Perfect for families. 2nd floor. WIFI \*Must read & agree to House Rules prior to booking IMPORTANT The Space: Condo is clean inside - all tile amd laminate no carpeting if allergies. Uniquely has en suite full bathrooms off each bedroom plus a half bath off living room. Couch does NOT pull out. Bring extra bedding if you want to use that. Flat screens are smart TVs for youtube, netflix, etc. though we don't provide local cable. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen that is smaller but with all pots & pans, towels, and linens + basic soaps. Great 2nd story private patio overlooks the pool in back if you want to watch the kids swim or sip a margarita Road in front of property is under construction and gravel at this time until Aug 1, 2024 per the City of South Padre. Please be aware of some construction dust from time to time As this is a 2nd floor condo a flight of stairs is required to get upstairs. High 12 foot ceilings. Pool in back is private to the 4 condos here & very clean. 1 easy block walk to public beach access, walk to Clayton's Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, Island Market for quick meal prep supplies, Parrot Eyes for water sports or Fish Tacos, BurgerFi for organic cheeseburgers. Please do lock the condo and your vehicles as hey...be smart & safe. The property is super well lit. One of the great perks of my condo is it is so close to many great bars and restaurants yet removed enough so no noise from them. Kelly's Irish Pub is the late night hot spot to drink and serves food until 12 midnight. The beach is only a block away. Clayton's Beach Bar is less than 1 mile. Ted's (a cafe) is about 150 yards away killer breakfast tacos and pecan pancakes. Parrot Eyes has stand up paddle board rentals, parasailing & jet ski rentals as well as solid fish tacos & is just 170 yards away. Burgerfi for teens is grass fed organic burgers 150 to 200 yards away. The beach is a 5 minute walk with free public beach access just north of the Inverness complex. Getting Around: You can drive but.....City owned Island Transit buses pick up across the street at Casa Bella hotel every 45 mins FREE of charge, about 8 am to 8 pm though schedule does vary and is not super reliable. City Taxi is the best cab company owned by Island fixture Martin Cantu, $7 if alone to go anywhere or $3 per person if 3 or more they get there in minutes 24 hours a day google him as airbnb won't let me post phone numbers. Uber/lyft generally no drivers available, but feel free to try! Other Things to Note: must read understand agree to all house rules. Bedding is a queen in master Adult sized bunk bed in 2nd bedroom (equates to two full sized beds amd 2 of them so 4 beds) couch (doesnt pull out though) and air bed (bring extra bedding) Interaction with Guests: I operate my office as South Padre Trips. com at 2600 Padre Blvd South Padre Island TX 78597\.
