This spacious condo with WIFI is an ideal luxury retreat for accomodating 8 of your closest family members and friends. Located on the fifth floor with incredible views of the ocean from every window. Try dining on the balcony and you will never want to leave. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bathroom a smart tv. The second bedroom has full size bunk beds and a tv with a great view of the bay. Renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new sink and quartz countertops. Plenty of cabinet space, microwave, range oven, refrigerator & dishwasher. Conveniently located washers and dryers on the same floor. New ceramic tile floors, new furniture. Family room has brand new 50 inch flat screen smart tv and amazing ocean views. South Padre Island is a tropical paradise with clean and safe beaches, sunny skies, swaying palm trees, abundant sea shells and deep sea, shore or dock fishing. An excellent place for swimming in the pools or ocean, jet skiing, parasailing, dolphin watching, snorkeling, surfing, scuba diving, horseback riding, sailing, and shopping galore in Mexico. Don't forget to go crab hunting at night. South Padre Island is truly a phenomenal beach getaway for all seasons. Saida boasts a total of three pools with one in excess of a Olympic-size. Two hot tubs and two children's pools make up this spectacular resort. The four tennis courts make getting court time a breeze and the pool-side bar and snack bar (open seasonally) make lounging by the pool just that much more relaxing. The condo is in an excellent location but it is VERY DIRTY. I’m sure that the owner is not the reason that it’s dirty. The cleaning people are responsible for that. All I’m saying is that it’s not worth the price. The WIFI didn’t work consistently. I made sure to send pictures of the place as well cause I wasn’t going to be responsible for the damage to the place. The owner did allow us to check out late but that didn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. I won’t book this location again. ##### Roxaana C.
