Perfect spot in Padre. Close to the amusement park with bars, live music and food. The only complaint was we wish the condo came with more essentials like , extra blankets and pillows. Jul 8, 2025 #### Great Condo, right on the Bay! First of all, this is a unique and wonderful property with access to the bay 20 ft off your patio. That was the big draw as we love to fish. The sunsets were also great. The house is well appointed and there's a nice patio with a grill. Close to easy Bay fishing spot access, with a launch (paid for separately) two properties down. A few things to bring: 1\. Extra paper towels 2\. Metal grillware 3\. Pot holders A few things to note: 1\. Despite the pictures, there is no boat slip access with this rental 2\. There were 2 parking passes but only 2 or so spots that you could park the extra car in, so not really available when its busy. 3\. The wifi was dropping out. Hopefully the host can correct that with their provider. But Overall I would recommend this property. The Vacasa team responded quickly to any questions or issues on text. ##### Justin F. Are checking process was not as expected according to the information given on the phone versus the email. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a great experience staying here. Everything was perfect, really. I had forgotten to send the check in code to my wife's phone, and we left the home without my phone and were without a way to get back in. But Turnkey is available to help, and we got right in by calling and working with the rep on the phone. It was super clean, and the location on the Laguna Madre was outstanding.
