The things we didn't like is that the stairs are dangerous for toddlers, it will be nice if they add a safety gate for toddlers, and also the grass around the pool wasn't clean it had a lot of dog poop and the grass will get in the pool as well. Great location with two beach accesses only a block away, and the main road a half block the other direction. We didn't end up using the pool, but it was nice to have the outdoor showers to get the sand off ourselves and our stuff when we got back from the beach. The property also provides lots of beach gear - a canopy, a cart, boogie boards, and chairs, among many other things. We had six people and we were able to hang out and watch TV, get hot showers, and sleep pretty comfortably. The AC works great, as well as everything in the kitchen. The only issue we had was during check-in, which was resolved when we called the number on the outside of the house. One thing I would mention is that the beds are VERY firm, which we got used to over the weekend, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a few days on them.
