Welcome to our condo! Unit 204 is perfect for families or small groups. It has an open floor plan with 3 bedrooms / 2 baths and sleeps up to 8\. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Sapphire’s 100-yard resort-style pool plus the Gulf of Mexico beyond. Views are spectacular from your living room, master bedroom and spacious private balcony. Unit 204 is conveniently located on the second floor of Sapphire's South Tower. Views from the 2nd floor are fabulous, plus you have quick and easy in-and-out access! Our unit has a contemporary feel and includes high ceilings, beautiful cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances. There are both Keurig and drip coffee makers for your use. The unit includes a full-sized washer and dryer. Wi-Fi is provided and is strong. No dropped calls and (if needed) work from the condo is a breeze! Smart TV in the living room as well as Smart TVs in the master and both secondary bedrooms allow you to access your accounts on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc. A DVD player is also available for use in the twin bedroom. The master bedroom provides comfortable bedding and a spectacular view. The en-suite master bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower, with a spacious walk-in closet beyond. The second and third bedrooms have 2 Queen beds and 2 twin beds respectively, each with complete closets for easy organization. The second bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking bathtub and large walk-in shower. A separate tub and shower in the second bathroom is an upgrade and will not be found in most other units! Sapphire boasts lushly landscaped grounds, a stunning 100-yard resort style swimming pool and beautifully tiled large hot tub. Other amenities include a full service, resort-style day spa plus Aveda hair salon, fitness center, 24-seat movie theater, and a game room with a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and pinball. Cabanas by the pool at Sapphire are available to rent for a fee. A beach setup of one umbrella and two chairs is also available to rent for a fee. Free self-parking is available for Vrbo guests in the parking garage. A covered porte-cochère at the entrance of Sapphire allows for easy unloading of luggage and groceries, and luggage carts as well as grocery carts are available for use. Guests must comply with all Sapphire Condominium property rules and regulations. Copies of the rule book are available at Sapphire's front desk upon request. Maximum vacation rental guest capacity is 8\. You will be issued wrist bands at check-in. No additional visiting guests of vacation rental guests are allowed during the reservation period. This rule is strictly enforced by Sapphire. Check-in is at 4pm on your arrival date. Check-out is 10am on your departure date. Winter Texans are welcome! There is a built-in 10% discount for stays over 7 nights. For stays 30 days or longer there is no state or local tax. The regular resort fee of $49 per day will be capped at $250 for each month of your stay. Contact us with questions and special rates! During Spring Break and Semana Santa weeks, Sapphire limits rentals ONLY to immediate families (parents with children), where one of the parents is at least 30 years of age. When making a booking, VRBO will collect the State Hotel Occupancy Tax and remit directly to the State. The remaining local sales tax (City of SPI Hotel Occupancy Sales Tax) may need to be collected separately when processing the booking reservation. The humongous pool was even warm as we have heard in the past the pool has had issues with heating. The staff were super friendly and we were always greeted as we came and went. This unit met our basic needs and there was enough space for our family of 5\. There are a few areas for improvements that could make the rental experience better. Some items, such as the cooking pans and the couch are in very poor condition and need to be replaced. If you plan to cook make sure to bring or buy any seasonings or oils as they had none other than salt/pepper and some vinegar. We still had a good time. ##### Gabriela F. The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. The owner was excellent with communication. We really enjoyed our time here. Beach was incredible. Pool area is very nice.Hot tub was fantastic. Gym was spacious with a lot of equipment, bikes, treads, and free weights. We didn't use the other amenities (game room, theater room) but I assume they are up to the same high standard as the rest of this condo. If you're looking at SPI, this is a great option to consider. ##### Brett A. Séjour de 7 nuits en mars 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Rebecca S. 27 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Comfortable Sapphire Condo We ran into some cold/rainy weather for a few days, so I was grateful for a very cozy condo to shelter in. The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful when asked about anything. We enjoyed the indoor game room and theater. I guess I assumed the pool would be heated, but found out it wasn't, and the hot tub was cold for a few days too, so that was a bummer. We ended up paying to use the pool at Margaritaville, which was an added expense (90/day for a family of 4). The beach is beautiful and easily accessible. The island is very easy to navigate and during this time of year, we didn't hit any traffic. We did head out to Brownsville one day and went to "Main Event" at the mall for their arcade, bowling, and restaurant. Something to keep in mind if you hit unpleasant weather too. It was one of my favorite days there. All-in-all the sapphire is a pretty great place to spend your vacation. ##### Rebecca S. We did a lot of searching before deciding to book this condo. We found that everything was exactly as it was described. We actually thought it looked even better in person! From beach towels, to all the things needed at the beach/pool, fully stocked kitchen to cook meals, and plenty of room for 6-8 people...this place did not disappoint. It was clean, in a great location near restaurants, shopping, and excursions. We did bay fishing within just blocks of the condo too. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the staff who was patrolling the grounds. They get a little too overly upset about the smallest things. Moving chairs by the pool to get better sun (even if we would put them back after use), and since we were the only ones at the pool...we kept a small speaker at a very low volume, but that apparently is a big no even if nobody else is around. It didn't ruin anything for us and we understand they need rules, but could be better about enforcing the spirit of the rules instead of being so strict. Overall - couldn't be more satisfied with the response we got from the owners from the moment we booked and giving all the directions up front that there were no questions needed to be answered during our stay. This was our third year staying in SPI. The property and amenities was better than both places we stayed prior.
