Start your day with a cup of fresh brewed coffee on your private balcony enjoying sound of the waves and the beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Condo occupancy number is strictly enforced. Un-registered guest will be turned away with no refund to booking guest. This is for the guests and owners protection. BE COMFORTABLE! The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a wall mounted flat screen TV. On one side of the living area you’ll find a queen size sleeper-sofa. SWIM, SUN AND PLAY! Just outside the back of our building is a year-round pool and Hot-tub. On to the beach! South Padre Island (SPI) boasts some of the cleanest beaches in the state of Texas and to get on the beach you only need to walk through the gate, it’s that close. EAT POOLSIDE! There are three BBQ /picnic areas right next to the pool, spa, and beach. STAY SAFE! The Aquarius is a gated building, staffed with a friendly and professional management team who are available to you 24/7\. The building offers free parking, a laundry room, a small fitness room and a sauna just around the corner. GET OUT AND ABOUT! Conveniently located in the heart of SPI you’ll be a short walking distance to shopping, entertainment and great bay-side restaurants. There is no lack of things to do on SPI and in nearby areas for both adults and children; golf, para sailing, jet ski rental, water-park, go carts, dolphin watch, bird watching, sea turtle exhibit, maritime museum and a lighthouse to mention just a few. No wristband fee in effect although, there is a replacement fee for lost wristbands. IMPORTANT: The Aquarius HOA sets the guest limits based on city and county fire safety, and occupancy ordinances. Occupancy limit for our condo is 4, which includes newborns, babies, infants, and toddlers. There are no exceptions to exceeding the guest limit during your stay. Non registered guests are not being allowed in the building or in the condo at this time. Please bring your own personal toiletries. We provide 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll of toilet paper. Any violation to the limit, including building rules/regulations, you will be asked to leave If asked to leave due to an infraction, you forfeit all rental fees and deposits paid without refunds or credits. SUMMER GUESTS: At no cost to you and for your safety, and the safety of building occupants, all guests, 10+ are required to wear a wristband upon arrival. The first wristband is at no cost to you. Lost wristbands, Any registered guest not wearing a wristband in the building due to loss, is required to purchase a replacement wristband at your cost. With heavy volume during Summer months, WIFI connection are sometimes slow and hard to get, so please plan to relax and disconnect during your stay. USA 6 juill. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### A relaxing vacation The apartment is on the 9th floor of a ten story building with direct access to the beach. The view is breathtaking and soothing. The pool is cleaned daily although expect at the end of the day to find some sand everywhere as people come and go. The pool is nicest in the morning when it’s quiet and super sunny. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach or log your own. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards and police regularly so you feel safe. Communication with Matt was easy. He was accommodating and responsive. The he condo has everything you can need for 4 people. One bedroom plus two sofa beds. The bedroom is quiet and dark. The living room is super sunny in the morning so bring a sleeping mask if you’re sensitive to that. Laundry room is on the first floor and you can pay by credit card. The parking lot is gated and safe. The on-site staff is kind and proactive. About SPI, the island is easy to get around and there are several stores easily accessible. There is a free shuttle bus that’s very convenient although not well marked (download the app). All in all this was the perfect vacation. Thank you Matt and Adrienne! ##### Hermine B. The pool and jacuzzi were great and this was an ocean facing room. The picture is the view from the balcony and it has very easy access to the beach. There is also someone at the the front desk 24/7 which is helpful for any information you may need. This was perfect for a family of 4 to have a great time within minutes from the beach. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony every day we stayed. We could sit all day in the balcony after the sun passed noon. The kitchen had all the needed cookware to cook as needed. One piece of advice: get to the beach early because somebody sets up 20-30 chairs and umbrellas that you need to pay to use. And unfortunately I never saw more than 5 in use. Lots of beach space wasted. The view is better than any picture could capture, the place is beautiful, giving a tropical feel. It was the perfect space for the two of us. The huge patio was our favorite part! What an amazing view of the waves. Plus, gulls and pelicans often flew right by us, which I loved. The inside of the condo was beautiful as well -- very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was a bit small for the bed, but that wasn't too much of a problem. I didn't swim in the pool, but I enjoyed the hot tub and its lovely view of the plants on the dunes. We did have a couple of small issues that weren't the condo owners' fault, like water pressure randomly lowering and the front gate not working for a while. However, all the staff we talked to were so incredibly nice and helpful. Plus, the hosts were very responsive to questions. I would love to stay here again! ##### Sarah R. It overlooked the ocean with an amazing view of SPI. It was a perfect spot. We stayed almost 2 full weeks. We were able to do our laundry, cooked some burgers on their available grills, and tried many of the restaurants on SPI. I loved the beach theme and waking up to the sun and sand. It also has a super comfortable bed.
