We were given the room 244 and we were no able to sleep because the window’s private curtains were not closing and the day light was bother us to sleep.
I arrived and my reservation was given to someone else. Had to wait in the lobby for over an hour and luckily there was a room available! This is the first time this happens to me and wasn’t pleased
Cleaning was good, everything else was good too, the staff was super friendly as well, but the mattresses are horrible and need to be replace! They were very worn out.
We booked a partial ocean view, there was no view. The only place for breakfast is the Mexican restaurant. It would be nice for a continental breakfast even if u pay for it.
The beds were good.
The pool was really cold.
Our room didnt get cleaned until very late everyday.
We paid the fee for their parking garage but the card reader wouldn’t work.Had to call in every time we came or left. Also could hear the water pipes making odd noises when our neighbor would shower.
Very nice hotel, Spotless clean, Exceptional desk personnel. Very efficient and friendly!! If i had one recommendation, it is to provide bathmats in the bathtubs, the tubs are too slick and falling a real hazard.

Won’t be back
Hotel lobby is really nice but the rest goes down hill from there. Not very clean elevators, roaches in our room.
No coffee in rooms. Front desk said they were out. Also Starbucks opens until 7am and they said don’t have coffee made.
Maintenance guy was dragging a ladder thru halls changing lightbulbs and banging on the walls.
