The beach is close, however we did not go to beach 16 but rather the beach access that you can drive onto (just personal preference). Dishes (pots and pans) were in the cabinets dirty so we bought a new pan at Walmart to take home with us rather than using someone else's dirty dishes. Also the floor was constantly sandy, but its a beach condo so I do not think any amount of cleaning can take care of that. Also there was a power cleaning company one day that blasted lots of debris into the doors and all over the patio, not Vacasa fault, just condo maintenance. Tons of room for a family and large kitchen for cooking breakfast ect... would recommend and would stay here again. ##### Nikki M.
