With room for 25 guests (18 adults), a private pool, and a beachside location, this Texas duplex makes sure everyone has privacy and room to spread out. If you're traveling with a smaller group, Side A and Side B can both be rented separately. Please contact Vacasa for details!  
  
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood about a block from the beach, you'll be just a short walk from seaside dining spots and cute boutiques. Take the whole crew down to the family-friendly Schlitterbahn Waterpark and Beach Resort, where you'll find a whole day's worth of waterslides and sun-soaked fun! Spend the afternoon simply unwinding at the beach, or rent a jet ski for some adventures on the waves.  
  
These two separate homes both offer private washer/dryers, updated kitchens, free WiFi, and open living areas where everyone can gather with ease. Hang out with your loved ones in the fenced backyard while you grill a delicious meal on the charcoal BBQ, then cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool. Check out what's on cable, or break out the provided board games for a night of fun and laughter. The adults can end the day out on the patio with a nightcap while the kids play games inside.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
