We didn’t got room service to offer toilet paper or towels, they ask for $100 cash as a deposit and only because the towels were dirty we got half of the deposit I mean we are at the beach if we would broke something or made a real damage yes I’m ok but only for dirty towel

Very dirty and smelt like mold in the bathroom there was a yellow liquid stain and blood stain on my sheets and they never came to change the sheets even though they said they would. No service in the hotel sometimes and the wifi doesn’t work. Floors stained our feet black as soon as we walked in.
The floor was really disgusting, had some sort of sticky, blackish, grainy surface. The noise was off the chart, rap music blaring until 5AM, people shouting on the balconies all night.
Th Staff was very much helpful and very kind and respectful, definitely helped us out with our questions! I am very grateful for the support and I will continue to stay there again!! There’s remolding in progress and but the cleanliness of it overall was good 👍👌💯
Was actually extremely nice for the price. I rarely get the feeling of wanting to take a shower but this shower made me want to take one. Pretty sure the rooms were recently remodeled. Only bad things was there was a gum on the side of the headboard but I don’t even blame the cleaning I barely noticed it. Also towels were a bit rough but i’m not picky.

Probably one of the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Found multiple cockroaches. Mold was all in the bathroom. I wore my shoes all in that room even in the shower. They said pool closes at 11 but there was a huge group of people still down there making noise until 4 am. Would not recommend this place at all. I would have rather had a tent on the beach in sand.

Everything here is terrible, stay away. After I checked in and quickly after I left to another hotel. the bathroom was disgusting and it had urine around the toilet from previous person that stayed. So it’s obvious they didn’t clean the bathroom at all. I am waiting to hear back regarding my refund. I highly do not recommend this place really stay away.

We do have 60 car parkings available. 40 parkings in the middle of the property and 10 guest parkings at the front of the Hotel and 10 parkings at the back side as well.Please seek the help of the front desk during your next stay if you have any Parking issues.Thanks
Worse place to stay service people in front desk worse attitude towels were all dirty and having to pay for parking is bad and they must have a deal with tie truck company cuz tow trucks are just circling around

Bad front desk service
Pillows smelled like a sweaty head. Beware they want to charge for everything extra. Cleaning staff was very nice. Very rude lady at check in. I send my son to check in for me becouse i cant do stairs and the lady said well how is she going to walk to the room. Very rude. Very small pool.

Pool & jacuzzi needs a very good deep cleaning. Time to get new towels. Towels were small and rough and not enough towels in each room. Front desk staff was courteous & helpful. Housekeeping needs improvement. Rooms were not swept when housekeeping came in.
