I had not experienced the online checkout before but it makes great sense to let the staff know the unit is ready for turnover. It was very comfortable for our short time in the unit. The water was hot, the beds were clean and the front window was beautifully clean, a short walk to the beach access. The combination micro oven was very cool as we had not experienced this type of appliance - it warmed our food quickly. Enjoyed the holiday magazine for reading material. Faucet fixtures in the bathrooms that came off. The outside was dirty. Lots of dirt and trash on the stairwell. The pool was ok- the furniture looked to be old and not in very good condition.
