Oceanview is purpose built to serve large groups, business professionals, and multiple families vacationing together. At about 2x the size of a typical island beach house – each person in your group is guaranteed to have ample space to move around, relax and enjoy all the fine facets that Oceanview Castle has to offer.

Enjoy coastal breezes and listen to the ocean from the privacy of several balconies.
You’ll note the fine touches throughout the home - including custom cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, private elevator, travertine flooring, and a water softener that serves the entire property.

The grand front porch stairway of Oceanview Castle spills out to speedy beach access just across the street. Alternately, the elevator can be taken to ground level.

Immediate Beach Access - 60 seconds from the front steps to the beach! Oceanview Castle is just a quick hop across the street from the beach. Bring the entire family - set up your gear for a whole day on the beach. Need to make a pit stop back home for a bit of shaded rest, or a bathroom break? No problem, you’ll be there and back in a flash and wont even have to break down your beach setup!

A Private Bath for every one of the 6 Bedrooms: Worthy of note - each and every bedroom has it's own full bath - a highly unique feature among large home rentals here on the Island. Oceanview may well be the only large family rental with a dedicated bath for each bedroom. Everyone can enjoy their own private suite. Some have called our home a mini-luxury hotel.

Kids/Teens semi-private Retreat – Families and Friends love to come together and share time together on vacation – and they also appreciate their personal quiet space. Oceanview Castle serves up tons of space and privacy. The Castle’s first floor quarters make for an amazing teen zone. The teens of your group will have their own private space for some personal evening unwind time in a 900 sqft 2 br/2 bath semi-private quarters located on the first floor of the house. Complete with its own fully stocked kitchen and living room with Smart TV. It even has its own private outside access door with keyless entry.

AWESOME DETAILS:

Game Room with Billiard Table: A game of Pool…..or perhaps there is a Big Game on this evening. The Castle provides a room to enjoy both! Mini fridge and dry bar on site.

Bathrooms abound! – every single bedroom has its very own Full Bath. 5 of the 6 bedroom baths are appointed with Granite or Marble showers, floors and countertops! Luxurious private space! Plus, another Half Bath can be found next to the RecRoom, as well as one Outside for rinsing sand and salt after a day at the beach.

MAIN FLOOR (2nd floor): Huge open and bright living area with 9ft ceilings, Large family area with TV and comfortable leather sectional seats up to 8. Travel down the expansive hallway to the Recreation Room with Entertainment Center, Cable TV & Pool Table with Dry Bar.
>>Bedroom: This floor has 1 Bedroom, with 1 queen and 1 double bed, + private ensuite bath, right off the Game Room – perfect for a family or the young adults of your group.

3rd FLOOR - Climb the wide open, sweeping travertine staircase (or take the Elevator) to the third floor for access to the 3 Master Bedrooms:
>>MasterSuite 1 - King: Boasts its own private balcony with a splendid view of the Gulf – wake up, open the door and hear the Ocean sing to you. Large Closet with additional fold-out twin option if needed. Large ensuite batch with Jacuzzi tub.

Dining: Epic wooden dinner Table capable of seating 12 = plus lengthy bar with 4 premium bar stools. The 10ft long ‘Kings Court Table’ serves Castle guests in style. 16 will dine in elegance and spaciousness.

Front Covered Patios – Two floors with covered patio offer Beach and Ocean viewing, sounds of crashing gulf waves, and some fine Gulf Blvd people watching. Also, enjoy the weekend fireworks right on the front porch!

2nd Floor Bedroom:
• Rec Room Bedroom - Main Floor bedroom with 1 Double bed, 1 small Queen bed, and ensuite private bath.

1st Floor Bedrooms (2):
• Queen 2 Master - Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, Heavy Duty Bunk Bed set with 3 twin size beds (including a pull-out Bunk/Trundle) and ensuite Private Bath. Sleep up to 5.
• Kids Bunkroom - Bedroom with Bunk Bed (2 twin beds - Children up to 150lb only) and private ensuite bath.

**1 additional Twin mattresses with foldout frame, plus 1 Air Mattress are readily available if needed. These tuck nicely out of the way into two of the large Master Suite closets on top floor, or set them up wherever you like to suit your groups needs.

Scott and Jessica’s home was absolutely amazing. It offered plenty of space for our large group, and the location, just steps from the beach and close to everything, was perfect. This house was perfect for our family weekend getaway! You can see the beach through the big front Windows or from the balconies where you can sit and relax. We enjoyed the pool table as a family and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our neaks (except the food ofcourse). we wish we had more time. Oh and it really is only steps away from the beach access (just cross the street and you’re there). The landscaping is beautiful! Communicating with the host, Scott, was easy and his responses were fast. Can’t wait to book again! I’d like to add they have plenty of beach towels and beach items. We didn’t use them because we packed our own but it’s good to know those are available, especially for someone who is flying in.

The house was a perfect set up to host my extended family during our trip for a celebration of life of a loved one who is from the Valley. Scott was very helpful when we arrived to help us figure out the nuances of the house that had ample space for our group during the weekend. The rooms were perfect as we had mostly adults so everyone could have their own bed, but also offered a few bunks when needed for two of our under 7 crowd. Excellent location across from the beach and found a few shops and restaurants in walking distance so we could minimize having to drive for 14 people.

Perfect Beach House for a Family Getaway!We had an amazing time at this beach house in South Padre! It was the ideal spot for our family gathering of 12 mainly adults but with kids and infants — spacious, clean, and just steps away from the beach. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying time together in the large living and dining areas.The kitchen has the smallest details accounted for like seasonings which was a huge help. Everyone loved the easy beach access only 30 seconds from front door.We’ve stayed in a few beach rentals, and this one was easily rhe best. The host was super responsive and thoughful in communication which made everything really easy.

I had a fantastic stay great place. The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything required. The location is great and next to beach and it was easy to get around the area. We had a group of 18 stay in this house and we had plenty of room. Very nice house with great amenities. The host (Scott) was the best of the best. He communicated before and throughout our stay. We highly recommend this luxury house within walking distance to the beach!!

Perfect spot for a large group!

Our large family absolutely Loved staying at the castle for our week! What a wonderful spot for everyone! Plenty of space (had a couple or family in every room), and spaces for both privacy and for gathering all together! Loved being able to enjoy the waves either right from the front porch, or just a short walk across the street So many wonderful memories made :)

Absolutely perfect!

The home is absolutely beautiful! You can see the beach from the porch and could probably throw a baseball to the beach. It was perfect! It was directly across the road from the beach and the kids could walk back and forth to get snacks or whatever was needed. The owner was amazing and super fast to respond with any questions we had. The house is laid out great so everyone has their own space and bathroom. The kitchen is huge and allowed for all Of us to eat together every night. We also watched fireworks from the porch each night. The house is in a perfect location! We felt very safe, everyone was friendly around us and the area was very clean. We were able to walk to souvenir stores and the ice cream store. 100% recommend this home! We will be back again!

Amazing!

The house is in great conditions, convenient location, and fitting for large families. The beds are confortable, furniture is very accommodating, very clean. The tried several locations for beach access along SPI and the best location for our kids was in front of the house, across the street, which is not a busy street. We would go back and rent same house if possible.

Fantastic Family Beach Vacation

We were able to to get our whole family (10 adults, one 6 yo, and two 1 yo) together for a family beach vacation and chose this house for the trip. It turned out to be a great choice. each of the five families had their own bedroom (and Bathroom!) and the 6 yo even had his own bunk bed room. The house is in a prime location, literally across the street from the beach. It was in great shape and had everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation. It even has an elevator which made move in/out easy, as well as reducing the number of flights of stairs my wife (recovering from hip surgery) had to take. Scott was great to work with and always available for information. Highly recommended if you're looking for a great place for your vacation.

Great Vacation Home!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 11 people. Short walk to the beach. Warm water, soft sand and plenty of sunshine. Convenient location near restaurants and markets. Highly recommend.

Spring Break at the Beach

We had a lovely time at this property. The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beach is just across the street and the view is lovely. We were 8 adults (4 college kids) and we all had plenty of room to sleep and socialize. The property owners are easy to get ahold of and very timely with all inquiries.

Great location and great house!

The house was very clean and beautiful. Having the separate apartment below was a great place to have the kids have their own space where they could play video games while the adults could chat without kids underfoot. The shower outside is great for cleaning everyone off after the beach and the bathroom with direct access from outside is amazing so you don't have to use the port-o-potty's at the beach! I would definitely stay here again.
