Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group. This three bedroom two bath condominium is perfect for a family of six. Located on the gulf interior this condo is walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Located at the Aqua condominiums complex this condo has a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the first guest bathroom, and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is a flat screen television every bedroom.The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for additional seating. The bbq/picnic area near the community pool is a great place to relax and catch some sun. This condo also comes equipped with washer/dryer, cable, and wifi. Every stay at Aqua #4 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2018 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Ana M M. 11 août 2018 #### Great family time from Grand Prairie TX Although the condo was a bit small for our large family of 7 adults and 2 small children, the condo had everything we needed. Everything was great for the price. The appliances were really nice and felt like I was at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The condo was close enough to walk to the beach every day and during the day to go back and forth to grab lunch, etc., If I rent this condo again, I'll just make sure we have the first floor. Unpacking and packing, up and down the stairs, was a bit much in the high temperatures, even at 5:00 am. I give this a 4 star as I do think the condo could have been a little cleaner and the temperature when we arrived could have been cooler. The a/c worked fine, but it took time to cool off the condo when we first arrived. Keep up the good work! ##### Ana M M. Very clean, and convenient to the beach... felt like your own home...had a small issue with the ac but maintenance came really quick and fixed the problem.. even called a few hours later to check on it!!! ##### yvette s.
