Clean studio on second floor with private balcony overlooking the waterpark's parking lot and road that goes to Holiday Inn parking lot. Easy walk to the beach. Beach access is across the parking lot behind the Holiday Inn. Seaside Bar & Grill (next to Holiday Inn) outdoor patio right on the beach is a good place for an evening drink. Good size place for 2 people. Bed is comfy. Black out drapes are nice. Quiet complex with great pool and 2 hot tubs and friendly staff/residents. Will stay again when we visit SPI in the future. Kitchen well appointed with utensils, pans, dishes, blender. Adequate to make meals during our stay. Easy check in, great communication.
