The Condo has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. One queen size bed in the main bedroom and one twin bed and a queen size bed in bedroom #2\. There is a vertical washer and dryer center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The beach is just a brisk walk (about 4-5 minutes) East from the condo. South Padre Island main street is half a block away to the West, very close to several restaurants and novelty retail stores. A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two the units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds. Notes: \- Swimming pool is not heated - This property is registered and holds an occupancy permit with the city of South Padre Island - House-trained pets allowed through a small pet fee.(2 max) usually $59 per pet.
