The condo sleeps a family of 5\. The living area features a new queen sofa sleeper. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A 50" Smart TV & a Blu-Ray is in the living area. We have Spectrum cable with Showtime and high speed WiFi. The kitchen is supplied with all the cooking essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a dishwasher for easy clean up. The bedroom’s new king bed provides a perfect night's sleep and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. There is a 32" TV in the bedroom. A twin rollaway is in the closet for a 5th person. The unit is well stocked with nice towels and includes beach towels. Bathroom features a walk in shower. We supply beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and a small ice chest for you to use during your stay. We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM. Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required. Max guests: This unit must not exceed 5 guests. We are just a phone call away in case you need anything. If you have more than one vehicle and need a second pass, please request it prior to arrival so we can have it in the condo for you. Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions. Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Would have been nice to have some salt & pepper & a few spices. Was so glad to have beach umbrella, chairs, small cooler there for our use. We flew to the island so couldn't bring items like that. Have one suggestion, a beach wagon would be useful but don't know if that is practical with a rental. TV remotes were rather difficult to use but one call to owner & maintenance guy showed up so that was handled. quickly. Water pressure in shower is low but that is minor. The location is great.
