You'll also be right next door to Schlitterbahn, putting water-soaked fun just minutes away! This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, fitness center, cable TV, free WiFi, and a DVD player. Kick back in the cool central A/C while the private washer/dryer does the laundry, then end your day with a nightcap on the balcony as you take in the views. Slip into vacation mode when you reserve your stay at this Texas gem. Things to Know Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The living room chair, couch, and food stool were disgustingly filthy. The bunk beds were wobbly and we were afraid they would fall apart with the kids in them. None of the decorations matched. It's like everything was purchased at a thrift store and randomly placed in the spaces. There was not enough seating for 6 people to eat together at the table for 4\. I was extremely disappointed in this condo. The freezer of the refrigerator leaked. I reported it. They never sent a technician. They told me to use the towels to clean it up. Yet there were not enough towels for 6 people, for 3 nights. They told me to wash them. Speaking of the towels, they were so rough and old. Yes, the type to use to clean the floor and not dry your body. We were glad to have the music from the Jimmy Buffet Resort be turned down in the evening. One pool is for the Sapphire condo and the other is for Jimmy Buffet Resort. You can't go back and forth between them. Sadly, we were so disappointed in this condo that we left a day early. ##### Darcy C. However, when we tried to contact the rental agency at 946-338-5839 and 956-761-1487 we never got a response. The door to the lanai was almost impossible to slide open because of the dirt in the track; the 2nd bath shower squirted only a little water out of both faucets; and one blanket was disgustingly dirty in the closet. It would have been perfect if not for the dirty living room furniture which was also uncomfortable. The fabric was stained and smelled horrible. I would have put a comforter or blanket over it but those were not fresh either. Other than not being able to enjoy having.nice place to sit and relax, it was great. The room was in perfect clean condition! We absolutely loved our stay on condominium #903!! The ocean view was spectacular and felt like at home. It was clean, and well stocked. Would suggest a pizza pan for the oven, extra toilet paper, and trash bags which we ran out of before we left!! Definitely would book again!! The view from the 9th floor balcony of the Sapphire was great! Master bath shower needed some better cleaning and the patio door was quite difficult to open and close. We needed more information about the Roku streaming service. Not much available for watching sports.
