The place was very clean and well laid out with a nice kitchen,/open dining area, nice seating with leather couches, a reasonable sized bedroom with king bed with a bathroom adjoining and a 2nd bathroom near the kitchen. The furniture on the small deck was adequate (not great) but the view from the deck was amazing. We were even closer to the ocean than what the pix showed. I didn't realize the pool came with the reservation so that was a nice extra. I don't know if this was a quiet week in S Padre Island but it wasn't crowded at all and we had plenty of time away from a lot of people for rest. We did notice many seem to be retirement age.. quiet and friendly. Some suggestions would be a few more pieces of silverware in the kitchen (esp short on spoons), update the bathrooms and maybe update the deck furniture. But otherwise it was very clean and comfortable and we had what we needed. One time the water was off (remodeling happening next door) but it was back on about 15 min after the manager was called. Check in was super easy and quick. We would stay here again. Thanks. ##### Sherry W. I love that the property is gated & security is on site 24/7\. There was also umbrella & chair rentals on the beach behind the property, which makes it less of a hassle to have to haul your own items to and from the condo, etc. Condo was very clean & has a washer & dryer so you can wash all of your sandy clothes before returning home :) We will definitely rent at this property again in the future. ##### Adina S.
