Condo was clean, had a great view of the beach, and checking in and out was easy. Location and access to the beach was very nice. Owner was gracious and good at communicating with me. He answered questions I had before our arrival, as well as during and after our stay as there was a hurricane forecasted towards the island the last day of our trip. ##### Veronica B. We had never been to SPI before, wanted to be on the south end to be away from the majority of the spring breakers (we went in mid March). Great location, beach was easily accessible, pool was a lovely respite, and Ed was super nice and responsive before we arrived and during our time there. We had a minor toilet issue (nothing big) but he had plumbers there the next day and all was fixed quickly. Thanks for the great stay! ##### Barry C. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook -- decent pans, sharp knives, adequate cooking utinsels, plenty of eating utinsels, plates, and glasses. It's also equipped with plenty of beach chairs and bodyboards for family use. The main bedroom and living room have nearly 180 degree ocean view. We enjoyed watching sunrise from bed. It takes a \~20 mins beach walk to SPI jetties, an ideal location to watch SpaceX rocket launching. We watched the 4th launch of Starship on the last day of our trip - amazing. ##### Han X.
