We brought our 5 kids and 3 of my daughter’s friends for her 16th birthday. The layout was ideal for our group. The house was stocked very well with all of the essentials. Property manager was so incredibly helpful with everything we needed! He even came to bring us more pool towels and unlock a door my kiddos accidentally locked! The private pool was much larger than I expected. Our 8 kids had a blast (6 of them being teenagers) and it was perfect for them to swim in after a long day at the beach. The bonus room downstairs with access to the pool was a very cool hang out space. The house is about a 30 second walk from a tiny access to the bay. My husband and I took our two little ones down there one evening and hunted hermit crabs and watched the sun set. The beach is in fact a short walk as advertised. About 10 mins for us. Across one major road and the rest is side roads. They do have golf carts for rent all over the place which we ended up doing and had a great time just cruising the island. HEB is only a 14 minute drive from the house just across the causeway. Tons of gas stations, restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance of this house but the house is tucked away on a little side street so we had no traffic close by. The teenagers rented bicycles for a day and had their own little tour. We were SO impressed with this house and the location and the owners we would definitely stay here again.
